The following weapons were used in the film Drugstore Cowboy:
Colt Detective Special
Bob Hughes (Matt Dillon) carries a Colt Detective Special. In one shot, Bob puts the Detective Special down and an extreme close-up shows a Smith & Wesson revolver. David's accomplice (Ray Monge) carries a Detective Special when he and David try to rob Bob of drugs in the finale.
M1911A1
Rick (James LeGros) carries a M1911A1 when David comes to the door.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
