Midnight Run is the 1988 action comedy starring Robert De Niro as Jack Walsh, a former cop now working as a bounty hunter who has to endure a cross-country trip with the bail-jumping bookkeeper (Charles Grodin) he was trying to bring back to Los Angeles in order to collect his fee. During their journey, the duo find themselves pursued by both the FBI and the mob. The film was directed by Martin Brest and co-stars Yaphet Kotto, John Ashton, and Dennis Farina.
