Walther PPK
The Walther PPK is the standard sidearm of James Bond (Timothy Dalton).
Heckler and Kock P9S
During the pretitle sequence, the killer carries a suppressed Heckler and Koch P9S pistol. He uses it to kill a training exercise guard and attempts to kill bond with it as well.
SIG Sauer P226
One of Felix Leiters agents who pick up Bond in Tangier holds a Sig Sauer pistol on him, looks like a 226 but could ba a 220.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
In the pretitle sequence, the SAS soldiers who are training with the MI6 agents are armed with MP5A3 submachine guns. Some of the weapons are loaded with paintballs, while others have live ammunition.
Walther MPK
Border guards use the Walther MPK submachine gun, a shortened version of the MPL.
AKM
When in Afghanistan, Bond takes the folding stockAKM assault rifle from a Russian soldier. Fixed stock AKM's are also used by the Soviet (Czech?) troops. (If they're Czech, they should have had vZ58s, not AKMs)
Yes, theyre Czechoslovak troops hence the round logo on the tracked vehicle. As for the rifles, this was the 80s when movie armourers finally got thier hands of AKM's so i guess they were desparate to finally use them for the screen appearence. Or the armourers were under the wrong impression that Czechoslovak Troops use AK's?.
Colt Commando M733
A Colt Model 733 is used by Brad Whitaker (Joe Don Baker) but with a weird transparent kevlar/perspex shield acting as "Body Armour".
Walther WA 2000
Most noted in this movie, Bond uses a Walther WA 2000 sniper rifle when shooting at Kara (Maryam D'Abo) to aid Koskov's defection.
RPG-7
The Mujahadeen use an RPG-7 during the airfield battle.
Various Antique Weapons Collection
A Maxim gun along other antique weapons are seen in Brad Whitaker's collection.
IMI Mini Uzi
After bond kills Whitaker, the guards that come to rescue him are seen carring IMI Mini Uzis, Whitaker uses one breifly before going for his commando with body armour on it.
SA Vz. 61 Skorpion
The guards rescuing bond after he kills Whitaker are seen carrying suppresed scorpion smgs.
FN Hi-Power
During the car/ski chase the police officers have FN Browning Hi-Power handguns as their sidearms, strange, though, as they were supposed to be Czech and should have had Makarovs or Tokarevs.
MG3
During the car chase, one of the vehicles is mounted with an MG42 light machine gun actually it is probably an MG3, an MG42 in 7.62mm. That was the standard issue MG for most of Western Europe, including Austria, where those scenes were shot.
