Walther PPK
Sterling Archer's primary sidearm is a Walther PPK. According to a DVD special feature and the companion book How to Archer: The Ultimate Guide to Espionage and Style and Women and Also Cocktails Ever Written, his PPK is chambered in .32 ACP.
Nambu Type 14
In "The Holdout" (S6E01), an Imperial Japanese officer, Kintaru Sato, tasked with defending the island and unaware the war is over, uses a Nambu Type 14 Pistol to fend off Communist insurgents.

M1911A1
M1911A1's are seen throughout the season.
Sub Machine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A5
In "The Holdout" (S6E01) Archer is issued a suppressed Heckler & Koch MP5A5 by the CIA for a mission to recover the flight computer from a downed spyplane.
Intratec TEC-9
Lana's primary weapon remains the TEC-9 in Season 6.
Rifles
Arisaka Type 38
Kintaru Sato attacks Sterling with an Arisaka Type 38 with bayonet affixed in "The Holdout" (S6E01).
AK-47
The AK-47 shows up numerous times during the series. They appear to be based on real AK-47s, with the milled receiver and open-topped front sight.
Machine Guns
RPK Light Machine Gun
Communist-aligned insurgents attacking Archer and Kintaru use an RPK with drum magazine in "The Holdout" (S6E01).
Grenades/Explosives
M26 hand grenade
Archer has a black M26 hand grenade in "The Holdout" (S6E01).
Miscellaneous
Palmer Cap-Chur Short Range Projector
Archer uses a Palmer Cap-Chur Short Range Projector tranquillizer gun, which appears to have a magazine based on the Mauser M712 Schnellfeuer, in Three to Tango (S6E02).
