One of the weapons in which Marcus Duvall's men use are heavily customized SIG SG 552. These 552s have Aimpoint M68 red dot sights, suppressors, red lasers, flashlights, and forward rail grips. Sgt. Jake Roenick (Ethan Hawke), Marion Bishop (Laurence Fishburne), and Beck (John Leguizamo) all are seen using this rifle. Charles Taylor, the film's armorer, mentioned in a BTS featurette that some of the weapons were electrical replicas to be used when fired at the principle actors.
In addition to the SIG rifles, some of Duvall's men are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A3 submachine guns fitted with suppressors, laser sights, and Surefire weaponlights.
