The Equalizer is the 2014 feature film adaptation of the 1980's television series of the same name. The film stars Denzel Washington as Robert McCall, a former US covert operative living under an assumed identity in Boston who decides to take on the Russian mob when a young woman he met is found brutalized. The film was directed by Antoine Fuqua, who previously collarborated with Washington on Training Day.
The following weapons were used in the film The Equalizer:
Glock 17
A suppressed Glock 17 is seen in the hands of a Russian mobster. Several Glocks are also seen in an arsenal that Robert McCall (Denzel Washington) keeps in a closet.
Springfield Armory XD
A thug pulls a Springfield XD on McCall, who later takes it from him. Before he disarms the man, McCall asks whether the pistol was a "Heckler & Koch".
Micro Uzi
In one trailer, a thug wearing a safety vest can be seen pulling a Micro Uzi out of the waistband of his pants.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Teddy (Marton Csokas) is seen with an Heckler & Koch MP5A3 fitted with a railed handguard, RIS foregrip, uppresor, and M68 Aimpoint red dot sight.
Closet Weapons Cache
Much like the original series, McCall keeps several weapons in a hidden cache in his residence. Several handguns, including one with a suppressor can be seen on the back wall, and what appears to be a Serbu Super Shorty shotgun can be seen on the right side.
