'Prophecy' is a 1979 natural horror film directed by John Frankenheimer and starring Robert Foxworth, Armand Assante, Talia Shire, Victoria Racimo and Richard Dysart. The film was written by David Seltzer.

Winchester Model 1892
Rob Verne (Robert Foxworth) finds a Winchester Model 1892 carbine in his cabin in the forest. At the end of the film he is seen using the rifle against Katahdin, where he manages to fire 2 shots at the monster.
