The Desperate Hours is a 1955 thriller starring Humphrey Bogart as the leader of a trio of escaped convicts who terrorize a family whose house they have taken over. A 1990 remake starred Mickey Rourke and Anthony Hopkins.

Escaped convict Glenn Griffin (Humphrey Bogart) is seen carrying a Smith & Wesson .44 Hand Ejector 2nd Model when he takes over the Lillard's home. Later, both Simon Kobish (Robert Middleton) and Daniel Lillard (Fredric March) are seen holding the handgun.
Colt Model 1903 Hammerless
Daniel Lillard is later seen being handed a Colt Model 1903 Hammerless which then falls into the hands of Griffin.
Astra Cub
Hal Griffin (Dewey Martin) is seen holding what appears to be a nickel Astra Cub pocket pistol.
Winchester Model 1897
