Let's start women's search (Ищите женщину; Ishite zhenshinu) is a 1983 Soviet comedy crime film directed by Alla Surikova (A Man from the Boulevard des Capucines (Chelovek s bulvara Kaputsinov).

Policeman Maximen (Leonid Yarmolnik) carries the Walther P38 pistol as his duty sidearm throughout the film. Robert de Charance (Aleksandr Abdulov) at the film's beginning also use the suppressed Walther P38.
