An M16A1 with M203 Grenade Launcher can be seen in Treehouse of Horror XVIII on Homer's gun rack. It can be later seen in use in the episode Holidays of Future Past by one of Apu's sons.
An M16A4 Rifle with a collapsable stock, KAC M5 railed handguards, KAC RIS foregrip and an unidentified scope can be briefly seen in Treehouse of Horror XVIII.

Homer used a Handheld Minigun with a chainsaw grip to fight Marge in Treehouse of Horror XVIII.
