Nick (Christopher Walken) can be seen using a Colt Detective Special while playing Russian Roulette with Michael (Robert De Niro) in the nightclub.
Unknown Revolver
Axel takes this stainless revolver out of Stan's waistband to show Michael.

Winchester Model 70s are used by the members of the hunting party. Michael (Robert De Niro) notabley carries a left-handed version which he uses to kill a deer.
M16A1
M16A1 rifles are carries by Nick (Christopher Walken) and Steven (John Savage) while serving in Vietnam. Michael (Robert De Niro) notabley uses one to shoot a Vietnamese soldier after hitting him with a flamethrower.
Norinco Type 56
Norinco Type 56 rifles are used by the Vietcong. Michael (Robert De Niro) takes one from them during the Russian Roulette scene and uses it to dispatch them all.
AK-47
We also see VietCong with older style Type III AK-47s.
M60
The chopper that manages to save Nick (Christopher Walken) has two M60 machine guns mounted on it.
M2 Flamethrower
Michael (Robert De Niro) uses an M2 Flamethrower to torch a Vietnamese soldier.
Chinese Type II
A VietCong soldier uses a Chinese Type II grenade to blow up a hole full of people before Michael kills him.
