SIG-Sauer P226R
In his new cover identity as an NYPD detective, John Reese (Jim Caviezel) is seen carrying his [[SIG-Sauer P226R] in Season 4's premiere.
Glock 19
The Glock 19 continues to be carried by the majority of the NYPD officers in the series.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 appears to be the handgun carried by Reese, now in his cover identity as an NYPD detective beginning in "Wingman" (S4E03). It also appears that Det. Lionel Fusco (Kevin Chapman) also carries this pistol. In reality, the Glock 19 is the only Glock approved for onduty NYPD officers.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Shaw (Sarah Shahi) continues to carry a Heckler & Koch USP Compact as his weapon of choice.
Smith & Wesson M&P Compact
Claire Mahoney (Quinn Shephard) draws out Smith & Wesson M&P Compact pistol in "Nautilus" (S4E02).
Submachine Guns
CZ Vz. 61 E Skorpion
One of the Latvian mobsters appears to be armed with the CZ Vz. 61 E Skorpion in "Wingman" (S4E03).

One of the Latvian mobsters appears to be armed with a Heckler & Koch MP5K in "Wingman" (S4E03).
Madsen M50
One of the Latvian mobsters appears to be armed with a Madsen M50 in "Wingman" (S4E03).
Assault Rifles
Norinco Type 56
The Norinco Type 56 is frequently seen in the hands of gangsters working under Link in "Panopticon" (S4E01) with Reese later using it after disarming a gang member of his weapon.
Colt M4A1
The Colt M4A1 is held by Silverpool contractor in "Nautilus" (S4E02).
Sniper Rifles
Nemesis Arms Vanquish
Shaw uses a Nemesis Arms Vanquish with a mounted suppressor to assist Reese in saving a hostage near the end of "Panopticon" (S4E01).
Remington 700PSS
What appears to be a Remington 700PSS is used by a Silverpool contractor to assassinate Claire near teh end of "Nautilus" (S4E02).
Grenade Launchers
CAW 40mm Grenade Launcher
Reese uses a multi-shot grenade launcher loaded with flashbang rounds during a raid on a Brotherhood hideout in Season 4's premiere "Panopticon" (S4E01). Close examination reveals that it is not actually a real grenade launcher, but rather a CAW 40mm Grenade Launcher airsoft launcher. It has been modified with an adapter to allow it to fit and AR-15 stock, and mounts a red dot sight and vertical grip.
Other
M136 AT4
In "Wingman" (S4E03), Root is seen purchasing an M136 AT4 to in turn with Finch sell the launcher to the Latvian mob.
X26 Taser
A Nautilus competitor is armed with a X26 Taser in "Nautilus" (S4E02).
