Nambu Model 60s are used by police officers throughout the series as their main sidearm.
Pistols
Glock 17
What appears to be a Glock 17 is used by Nine and FBI Special Agent Clarence at Haneda Airport in "Deuce".
Heckler & Koch USP
Special Investigation Team operators appear to be armed with Heckler & Koch USPs as their main sidearm in the show.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Kidotai (Anti-riot) officers dispatched at the nuclear fuel reprocessing facility in Aomori Prefecture, Japan, are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A3s as their primary weapon in "Falling". SIT operators use MP5A3s as their main submachine gun, first seen in "Search & Destroy".
Grenades
M26 Grenade
Twelve aka Tōji Hisami uses a M26 grenade at the start of "Falling" when he hurls it from a hijacked Isuzu Giga anti-riot transport truck in order to breach the security gates of a nuclear fuel reprocessing facility in Aomori Prefecture, Japan.
Smoke Grenade
Nine aka Arata Kokonoe uses a smoke grenade to clear out civilians from the subway near the end of "Hide & Seek".
