Biloxi Blues is the 1988 feature film adaptation of the Broadway play of the same name written by Neil Simon. Directed by Mike Nichols and set at the end of World War II, the film focuses on the experiences of a young writer as he goes through Army boot camp training and has to deal with an eccentric drill sergeant.
