Rain Fall (2009)

NOTE: Since all of the scenes are filmed in Japan, do note that a majority of weapons presented in this page are either a combination of air guns with CGI muzzle flashes or blowback replicas.

The following weapons were used in the film Rain Fall:

Pistols

Beretta 92FS

John Rain (Kippei Shina) uses a Beretta 92F as his main sidearm throughout the movie. Midori Kawamura (Kyoko Hasegawa) handles a 92F for protection after she and Rain flee the Greater Tokyo Area briefly.

Beretta 92F (Early Model) - 9x19mm (Other side showing "92F" on slide) Other than the slim grip covers (the 92F is slightly different with a gloss black plastic, versus the 92FS) the pistol is difficult to tell apart from a 92FS. The only real proof is the year a movie was made and whether or not the 92FS existed yet.

3rd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm. Note the finger grooves, thumb reliefs, and accessory rail on the frame, which differentiate it from the older model.

The profile of the suppressed Glock 17 may be hard to see since the camera position makes it appear too dark.

M1911A1

The bald man at the start of the movie confronts Rain with an M1911A1 before Rain knocks him out and takes his pistol away.
