M1 Garand used by US soldiers in game, it's a semi-automatic rifle,the rate of fire it's faster than other bolt-action rifles, Holds 8 Rounds of "Rifle ammo".
Simonov AVS-36 Rifle used by Soviet Paratrooper during the first campaign,holds 15 rounds of "Rifle ammo",it decrease ammo rapidly due to its high rate of fire.
Like original Men of War ,all assault rifle(AK-47\M-16) is SMG-type weapon,loading "pistol ammo".But battle rifles like M-14 still using "Rifle ammo".
