Federal M201-Z Grenade Launcher
In the opening scenes of the film, a Colombian Army soldier is seen questioning John Smith (Brad Pitt) and then Jane Smith (Angelina Jolie) as to wether they were traveling alone. He can be seen carrying a Federal M201-Z Grenade Launcher.
Glock 17 (converted to full auto)
John Smith fires a pair of fully automatic Glock 17s with custom stainless steel slides in the final department store firefight.
I do not believe that these are Glock 18C due to the lack of a selector switch on the slide. I think that these are just converted Glock 17's.
I don't think they are Glock 18s, i think they are just Glock 17s because there are no selecter swithces.
Glock 17/19
When John and Jane first enter Kost Mart, John is armed with a Glock 17 and Jane is armed with a Glock 19.
Beretta M93R
Jane Smith fires Beretta M93Rs in the final department store firefight. The Beretta M93R's foregrip remain in the folded position.
In the lower photo, Jane's left hand (far hand) is holding a Beretta M93R, while her right hand (close hand) holds a Beretta 92FS modified for full-auto fire. You can tell her right hand isn't holding a M93R by the short length of the barrel and the lack of a foregrip.
SIG-Sauer P229 Equinox
The SIG-Sauer P229 is the compact version of the SIG-Sauer P226. John can be seen with a suppressed SIG-Sauer P229 when he first discovers that Jane's an assassin, accidentally firing at her car while chasing her on foot. John also has the P229 when he attacks Janes' headquaters. His is the Equinox model with fancy stainless parts on the side of the slide.
- I'm not really sure this is an Equniox, because I'm not sure the Equinox finish was available then. It looks to me like it's just the lighting. Also, the one used when he goes after Jane in her office is a reverse two-tone model, not an Equniox (it wouldn't have an all-stainless frame).
Heckler & Koch G36C
When John is talking to Eddie (Vince Vaughn) after finding out his wife's an assassin, an Heckler & Koch G36C can be seen leaning against a wall in Eddie's house in the scene where John says he's going to "borrow" an MP5A2. Another can be seen wielded by one of the company men in the KostMart shootout.
Mossberg 590
While John is sorting through the incinerator from Jane's office at Eddie's place, Eddie can be seen pacing nervously about with a Mossberg 590 shotgun, cocking it when his mother calls to him from off-screen.
Ruger Mk II Pistol
At the poker game John Smith pulls out a suppressed Ruger MkII and a suppressed Browning Buckmark Camper . The Ruger MkII is similar to the suppressed Ruger Mk II Pistol that Vincent (Tom Cruise) fires in Collateral.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
During the freeway car chase the "Company Men" in the three gray BMWs carry and fire Heckler & Koch MP5Ks. They also appear being wielded by the Smiths during the final shootout in the department store.
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
The Heckler & Koch MP5A2 features very prominently in Mr. & Mrs. Smith. We see them in the hands of FBI Special Agents, Company Men, and Jane and John Smith.
Notice how the Cocking Handle is in the Locked Position.
Heckler & Koch UMP
The Heckler & Koch UMP appears when Jane and John are persuing each other through their home. Jane uses one fitted with a silencer, C-More red dot sight, vertical foregrip, and a dual magazine clamp holding two magazines. She ends up triggering a gas explosion when she fires it into the kitchen and ignites fumes from a gas line John had torn open.
Heckler & Koch USP Elite
We see both John and Jane carry and fire the same Heckler & Koch USP Elite. The USP Elite is characterized by its longer slide. It's available in both 9mm and .45 ACP, the caliber used in the film is unknown. Another USP Elite can be seen in John's arsenal hidden under the toolshed in the backyard, and being used by John when he captures Benjamin "The Tank" Danz (Adam Brody).
Heckler & Koch P7M8
The Heckler & Koch P7M8 is a rare pistol on screen, but it fits with Mr. & Mrs. Smith's love affair with Heckler & Koch. Jane keeps a small arsenal in her oven, complete with four custom H&K P7M8s, four NAA Guardians and five NAA Mini 22LR.
NAA Guardian
In the restaurant scene when John serves Jane she lays one of her custom NAA Guardians down on her lap and covers it with a napkin. When they are dancing and Jane bends over, she pulls a custom Guardian, from John's ankle hoslter.
NAA Mini 22LR.
In Jane's oven arsenal, five custom NAA Mini 22LRs can be seen.
M60 Machine Gun
Sitting behind John Smith in the kitchen of Eddie's apartment is an M60 machine gun.
M4A1 Carbine
The "Company Men" in both the hotel raid and the final department store firefight carry and fire 5.56mm M4A1 carbines.
RPG-7
During the final shootout in the department store, at least one of the "Company Men" can be seen carrying and then firing an RPG-7 at the Smiths. An RPG-7 can also briefly be seen leaning against Eddie's stove when John Smith first comes to speak with him about his wife.
Those were not RPG-7s. They might have been a newer-model RPG (such as the -16), but they were definitely not the -7.
For all I know in reality the back blast of neither rocket launcher would of blown up the building or send the rocket launcher guy flying on fire unless it was an M136 AT4CS
- IN the director's/TV cut of the film, a company commando fires an RPG however, it is the actual warhead blast against one of the department store walls that makes another commando fall back, not the original firer. This scene was not in the theatrical release, nor the main DVD release.
KTR-03S
In the desert scene, Jane shoots John in the chest with a KTR-03S that is equipped with an aimpoint reddot and forward grip. The KTR-03S is built by Krebs Custom Guns and based on the Russian Saiga receiver.
R47 Widowmaker
In the desert scene when Jane is waiting for her target to enter the kill zone, she sees an intruder, whom she later discovers is her husband John. Her scanner identifies the rocket launcher he is carrying as the fictional R47 Widowmaker rocket launcher. After Jane shoots John in the chest, he fires this heavily-customized rocket launcher and destroys the shed she was hiding in.
It is wrong to identify this rocket launcher as an M136 AT4 since the AT4 wasn't even used in the construction of this fictional weapon. It was a 100% custom made prop, utilizing design elements and color schemes from the M136/AT4 launcher, but (a) it is a dual pistol grips and shoulder rest pad, (b) the front and back ends have futuristic caps and flanges that look nothing like an AT4 and (c) the overall diameter of the launcher is much larger than the 84mm of the AT-4. It is more like a 105mm tube and is roughly the same size as Brad Pitt's head. Enough of the launcher is different to indicate that no AT-4 was used and a Hollywood prop shop created the R47 Widowmaker from scratch.
(actually not, the weapon was created from a "M47 Dragon" which a missile launcher not a rocket, with what looks like a "Pas13 medium" or "17C sight" attached to it. not a 100% made up weapon just slightly modified) oorah usmc 0351/0352
- Slightly modified? The M47 Dragon has that horseshoe connector at the front. Also the front and rear doughnut cushions are completely different, though the tube here CAN look like the 140mm in size, there are tons of 'steps' , fore and aft hand grips, and other detail mockups which indicate that if they used the Dragon Tube as a base, they did way more than just 'slightly modify it'. Screengrabs will be forthcoming.
Colt XSE
In the home gunfight scene, John retrieves his Colt XSE and a suppressor, from a package that was hidden behind the Battle Ship game. Brad Pitt can also be seen holding one of these without the silencer on the cover of the movie.
Smith & Wesson Centennial
In the basement John pulls a Smith & Wesson Centennial .357 magnum out of a toy train box and gives it to Jane who is displeased, she got the smaller gun. John trades her, giving her the USP Elite and he uses the Centennial while exiting the basement.
M26 Hand Grenade
While fleeing from the company men in the Colemans' minivan, John accidentally pulls the pin on a company mans' M26 hand grenade, kicking the luckless thug back into his car where the resulting explosion destroys the armored BMW.
Note: It's NOT an M26/M61 Hand Grenade. If you freeze frame the image, it's an M69 (the dummy version of the M67 hand grenade).
Benelli M3 Super 90
During the KostMart shootout John picks up a Benelli M3 Super 90 off one of the company men he kills.
Ithaca 37 'Stakeout'
During the KostMart shootout Jane carries an Ithaca 37 "Stakeout" slung on her back, which John shoots killing a company man.
M1911A1
In the KostMart shootout, John and Jane retreat to a shed. While in the shed, Jane is armed with a custom M1911A1 with a C-More sight and muzzlebrake while she is looking through the holes in the shed.
M14 Rifle
Jane takes a M14 rifle(M14 EBR) with a Sage Stock, silencer, and M68 Aimpoint scope off a dead company man and uses it to provide cover from the ceiling for John during the battle in Kostmart.
Heckler & Koch FABARM FP6
At one point in the house shootout Jane is armed with a UMP and a modified Heckler & Koch FABARM FP6. Later John uses it to face off against Jane in their living room.
Beretta 92FS
While John is playing poker in a back room waiting on "Lucky". The bad guy John disarms while playing poker with him, is carring a Beretta M92F.
Beretta 92G Elite II
During the face off in the living room John is armed with a Fabarm SDSS Tactical and Jane is armed with a Beretta 92G Elite II.
