Darkman is a 1990 science fiction thriller directed by Sam Raimi that stars Liam Neeson as Peyton Westlake, a scientist who after being disfigured from a confrontation with some mob thugs devises a way to synthesize human skin to cover the burns he received during the encounter. As the synthesized skin is adverse to light, he remains in the shadows as he seeks retribution against those who did wrong against him. The film would spawn two DTV sequels: Darkman II: The Return of Durant and Darkman III: Die Darkman Die with Arnold Vosloo taking over the role of Westlake.
Handguns
Colt M1911A1
An M1911A1 is briefly seen when Durant's goons are searched before they meet Eddie Black. Skip (Danny Hicks) pulls out an M1911A1 pistol during the foot chase through Chinatown.
Smith & Wesson Model 586
The Smith & Wesson Model 586 is used by Durant during the warehouse shootout.
Smith & Wesson Model 539
A Smith & Wesson Model 539 is briefly seen when Durant's goons are searched before they meet Eddie Black.
Interarms Walther PPK (Gold engraved)
Rick (Ted Raimi) uses what appears to be a gold-plated version of the Interarms Walther PPK with custom engraving as he threatens Westlake's lab assistant Yakitito. This appears to be the same engraved Walther held by Tony Vivaldi (F. Murray Abraham) in 1993's Last Action Hero.
Desert Eagle
Rudy Guzman (Rafael H. Robledo) uses a polished nickel Desert Eagle in the Chinatown shootout. At one point, Durant takes it from him and uses it himself.
Walther P38
The Walther P38 is briefly seen when Durant's goons are searched before they meet Eddie Black.
Taurus PT92
Louis Strack, Jr. (Colin Friels) is armed with a Taurus PT92AFS in the construction site confrontation.
Colt Python
A goon (Christopher Doyle) holds Julie (Frances McDormand) hostage at the construction site with a stainless Colt Python.
Submachine Guns
Micro-Uzi "Leg Gun"
A Micro-Uzi is hidden by Skip (Danny Hicks) in his prosthetic leg, and wielded by Smiley (Dan Bell).
Heckler & Koch MP5K
A Heckler & Koch MP5K is used by one of Eddie Black's guys during the warehouse shootout.
Uzi
A full size Uzi is used by Eddie Black's guys during the warehouse shootout.
Rifles
Heckler & Koch HK93A3
Rudy and Smiley use Heckler & Koch HK93A3's when storming Darkman's (Liam Neeson) hideout. A goon riding in Durant's helicopter uses one as well. They are seen with both 30 and 40-round magazines.
M16A1
An officer riding in the pursuing police chopper during the helicopter chase fires an M16A1 with a scope on it at Durant.
Machine Guns
M60
The M60 is first used by a henchman and then used by Durant during the helicopter chase.
Other
Hawk MM1 grenade launcher
A Hawk MM1 grenade launcher is used by Durant during the helicopter chase. Like the film The Dogs of War, the launcher appears to use massive incendiary rounds.
Rivet Gun
A custom Rivet Gun prop is used by Strack in the construction site confrontation. This appears to be a practical prop as exhaust and a moving cylinder are visible.
