The Astra 300 pistol was introduced in 1923 and was produced by the Spanish firm Astra-Unceta. The Astra 300 was a scaled-down version of the [[Astra 400]] and thus the two were almost identycal, apart from the size of course. The Astra 300 was even more popular than it's larger cousin because of it's compact size, and it was produced in both 9mm Kurz and 7.65mm. The Astra 300 was also exported to Nazi Germany after the Spanish Civil War.
