In the underground world of the United States, the organization "Inferno" grows with the influences of many other mob groups thanks to their top assassin, the Phantom. He is then captured and integrated into Inferno by having his memory wiped by the Scythe Master, the creator of Ein. Given the name "Zwei", he is forced to cooperate with Inferno or be killed, so he takes up training from Ein to become a professional assassin. As he progress in his dark career, Zwei desires his memories back and must find a way to kill for Inferno without losing his grip to humanity and his former self.
