Quote by Season 2, Episode 15:
Mr. Jones (Lindsey Ginter): You know what I find most interesting, Mr. Ludlow? It's for an accomplished arms merchant, I've never heard your name. (A thug point a gun behind Michael) Now, if you really are are an expert, you'll know what kind of gun is pointed at your head by the sound of the hammer.
Michael Vaughn (Michael Vartan): An M1911. But if he were really gonna shoot me, he would have disengaged the thumb safety. [...]Sydney Bristow (Jennifer Garner): Good call. I'd have said Beretta M9.
Michael Vaughn (Michael Vartan): Figured I had a fifty-fifty chance.
Alias was a television spy series that aired on ABC from 2001-2006. Created by J.J. Abrams (Lost), the series starred Jennifer Garner as Sydney Bristow, a young woman recruited into a mysterious government organization known as SD-6. During the course of the series, she uncovers the truth about SD-6 and is determined take it down with the help of the CIA and her father Jack Bristow (Victor Garber), who also happens to work for the same organization.
The following weapons were used in the series Alias:
Sydney Bristow (Jennifer Garner) takes a pair of Heckler & Koch USPs from guards and uses them until they run dry in the premiere episode "Truth Be Told". The USP is then carried as her sidearm throughout Season 1.
In the premiere episode "Truth Be Told", Sydney is ambushed by an assassin who fires a suppressed Cobray M11/9 fitted with a laser sight. Sydney takes the M11/9 after killing the assassin.
This non gun is used in Sovogda accident by most of the characters. The stock has been removed to look like a clandestine assault rifle since the APO Task Force find these weapons in enemy territory. In a continuity error, Sloane's (Ron Rifkin) MP5K becomes a M4 non-gun when he shoots at his own thugs. These non-guns have probably been chosen because most of the shootings was filmed indoors.
SD-6 sniper teams are seen with the Remington 700PSS during the stadium meet in "Parity" (S1E3). Sydney is also seen with a Remington 700.
