Joe Maddison's War is a 2010 British television movie directed by Patrick Collerton starring Kevin Whately as the titular character, middle-aged shipbuilder Joe Maddison. The film costars Robson Green, Derek Jacobi, and Melanie Hill.

3.7-Inch QF AA

Joe volunteers to help test what appears to be a 3.7-Inch QF AA, possibly a Mark IV or Mark V. It is described by Major Drummond (Ben Righton) as a "4.5 in heavy anti-aircraft gun" still being evaluated. The Mark IV and V had 4.5 inch barrels lined to fire 3.7 inch shells.
