A Sphinx AT380 Pistol seen in the hands of several different characters throughout Season 3's premiere "The Second Coming" (S3E01). At the episode's beginning, A Future version Claire (Hayden Panettiere) uses it to try to shoot Future Peter (Milo Ventimiglia), who freezes time and takes it from her, then uses it to shoot Nathan (Adrian Pasdar), then stashes it. When he comes back later to retrieve it Matt has it and he confronts Peter about it.
At the end of Season 3's premiere "The Second Coming" (S3E01), one of the two muggers attempts to rob Mohinder Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) with a Smith & Wesson Model 60 which Mohinder crushes with his newfound strength.
In "One of Us, One of Them" (S3E03), The German (Ken Lally) uses a Beretta 92FS to threaten Knox (Jamie Hector) in the bank. It is later picked up and used by Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman).
In "I Am Become Death" (S3E04), Future Claire (Hayden Panettiere) uses a Strayer Voigt Infinity Tiki-T 1911 as her sidearm. A Strayer Voigt Infinity Tiki-T was seen in episode 7 of season 3 used by Daphne the super speedster on Matt. She gave up and dropped it. You can see the word Infinity on the side of the gun.
