Sig-Sauer P228

Carried by Clint Eastwood and Dylan McDermott in their role of U.S. Secret Service Agents (When the movie was filmed, the USSS used the Sig-Sauer P228. Nowadays their issue sidearm is the Sig-Sauer P229 in .357 Sig).

Llama XV

We can see one of these small spanish pistols at the beginning of the movie. It is a 1911 clone scaled down to a pocket pistol and built to fire .22 LR. It is an XV not an X-A as it has unique grips, a known identification of the XV model.

It looks more like a Colt M1911 Officer's Model

Are you sure? The barrel looks a lot thicker in the scene.

Composite Pistol

We see John Malkovich's character constructing this two shot, reloadable handgun in the movie. The weapon is used to great effect blowing a toy boat out of the water and killing the two duck hunters mid-way through the flick. Though seen only briefly the weapon appears to take .38 Special rounds. (Looks like .32 S&W cartridges to me.)
