The Glock 19 is used by an NYPD motorcycle officer to fire on Spider-Man when Spider-Man catches his first criminal. An NYPD ESU officer is seen drawing a Glock 19 when he confronts Spider-Man during the chemical attack launched by the Lizard (Rhys Ifans).

Capt. George Stacy (Denis Leary) is seen drawing a railed SIG-Sauer P226 in the DAK/DAO configuration when he confronts Spider-Man.
M1911A1
The gunman who robs a convenience store is seen pulling an M1911A1 during a confrontation.
Taurus PT911
Peter Parker attacks a thug in an alley who draws a stainless Taurus PT911 that he is disarmed of instantly.

Taser Launcher (RM Equipment M203PI)
Several taser launchers are utilized by several NYPD ESU officers near the end of the film. They are built from RM Equipment M203PI grenade launchers in "Tactical Mounting System" standalone stocks with M203 grips. They are fitted with a barrel extension and other parts at the muzzle end to dress them up as a taser launcher.
