: I think it is a Pak 40. I think if it was a 38 you would see a vertical projection of the lower shield by the far wheel. also, the bracket that holds the barrel to the recoil track has 3 bolts on a 38, and only 2 on a 40 and it looks like that only has the 2. - I think it is a Pak 40.
