Beretta 92FS

Max Payne (Mark Wahlberg) uses a Beretta M92FS as one of his personal sidearms in the movie. The first time we see it is when max loads the pistol before he goes to the subway station. We also see it when Max raids Owen Green's house. He then uses it during the shootout in the Aesir building.

Taurus Judge

Max Payne is seen using a Taurus Judge as a backup weapon during the film, primarily during the first half, where it is his side weapon. It is most prominently seen when he is blowing away the bathroom stall doors. We also see a CGI rendering of this in the ending credits.

L1A1 SLR

British Inch Pattern L1A1 SLR (Self Loading Rifle) chambered in 7.62 Nato - Variation of the FN FAL rifle. Carry handles vary from rifle to rifle, due to the fact that armorers swap them around during building.

A L1A1 SLR, the semiautomatic version of the FN FAL, is carried by a thug in the trailer. The rifle is an L1A1, judging by the handguards, front sights and flash hider.

Heckler & Koch MP5K

The Heckler & Koch MP5K appears in the movie as the weapon of choice for Mona Sax (Mila Kunis). It's most often seen with a 15-round magazine. During the climax of the movie, Max Payne (Mark Wahlberg) begins his assault with two of these guns. In the ending credits, we see a CGI rendering of this. BB is seen with this gun at the end of the film.
