The Brothers Grimm is a fantasy tale set in France occupied Germany in 1811.
The following weapons are seen used in The Brothers Grimm
Jacob Grimm (Heath Ledger) uses this Cranequin Crossbow when the brothers take on the "witch"
Blunderbuss Flintlock
Gregor (Jan Unger), the father of the girl named Sasha, wields this strange looking Blunderbuss when he tries to save her from the gingerbread man. He also greets the Brothers Grimm with it in hand along with the other villagers near the beginning of the movie.
