The Star Chamber is a 1983 thriller directed by Peter Hyams and stars Michael Douglas as a Los Angeles Superior Court judge who is asked to join a secret court that exacts its own justice.

Colt Detective Special (1st Generation)
A 1st Generation Colt Detective Special is carried by Det. Sarkin (Charlie Stavola) and appears to be the sidearm of Det. Harry Lowes (Yaphet Kotto).
A nickel 1st Generation Colt Detective Special is used by Dr. Harold Lewin (James B. Sikking) when he opens fire in the courtroom of Judge Steven R. Hardin (Michael Douglas).
Colt Detective Special (3rd Generation)
LAPD detectives discover a 3rd Generation Colt Detective Special in a trash truck after chasing down a suspect.
Heckler & Koch P9S
A suppressed Heckler & Koch P9S is used by the assassin sanctioned by the Star Chamber.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
Police officers are seen carrying the Smith & Wesson Model 15.
Unknown Handgun
An unknown handgun is used by both Lawrence Monk (Don Calfa) and Arthur Cooms (Joe Regalbuto) to try and kill Judge Hardin when he confronts them in their drug den hideout towards the end of the movie. It is mostly seen in blurred shots and shadows so it is difficult to tell which brand it is.
Remington 870
The Remington 870 is also used by the assassin.
