The following guns were used in the movie Defiance

Walther PP
Zus Bielski (Liev Schreiber) commandeers one from a German and uses it in the film.
Chamelot-Delvigne Model 1873
The first gun obtained by Tuvia Bielski (Daniel Craig) is a French Chamelot-Delvigne Model 1873 revolver.
