Days of the Turbins (Dni Turbinykh) is a 1976 Soviet three-part movie directed by Vladimir Basov. The movie is based on the play by Mikhail Bulgakov. The story takes place during the Russian Civil War in the city of Kiev. The main characters of the movie are the family of Turbins: Colonel Aleksei Turbin (Andrey Myagkov), his younger brother Nikolai (Andrei Rostotsky) and sister Yelena (Valentina Titova).
The following weapons are seen in the movie Days of the Turbins (Dni Turbinykh):
Handguns
Nagant M1895
Nagant M1895 revolvers are the service sidearms of most of the White Russian Army officers.
Mauser C96 Pistol
A Mauser C96 pistol is the personal weapon of Captain Viktor Myshlayevsky (Vladimir Basov).
Colt M1911
A Colt M1911 pistol is the personal weapon of Colonel Aleksei Turbin (Andrey Myagkov). In reality a large number of M1911s were purchased by the Russian Army in 1916, but the movie prop is most likely an M1911A1.
Walther P38
In one scene the German officer von Dust (Vadim Grachyov) holds a Walther P38. This is anachronistic since the story is set in 1918.
Rifles
Mosin Nagant M1891/30 Rifle
White Russian Army soldiers carry Mosin Nagant M1891/30 rifles.
Mosin Nagant M1938 Carbine
Mosin Nagant M1938 carbines are seen in the hands of Petliura's cavalrymen.
Machine guns
Maxim M1910
In one scene Aleksei Turbin (Andrey Myagkov) fires a Maxim M1910. It can be identified by its smooth water-jacket that are typical for Maxims manufactured during the WW1 and in early 1920s.
Maxim M1910/30
In the final scene a Maxim M1910/30 is seen mounted on the Red Army armored train.
Other weapons
Percussion cap musket M1845
A percussion cap musket M1845 is seen on the wall of Aleksei Turbin's apartments.
