:This is one of the strangest looking guns I have ever seen looking for an ID. However from the distinctive look of the right side charging handle and the bolt hrough the ejection port, I am fairly sure it is a Heckler & Koch Model 770: However I think it has been subjected to a lot of hacking to "modernise" it for TV. Firstly there is the Choate stock which has had to be hacked to make it fit as I am fairly sure they never made one for this rifle. secondly the trigger guard is different. Thirdly it has been fitted with an extended magazine (I think) as the only one sI have ever seen are either flush fit or only down to the bottom of the trigger guard. Lastly, it appears to be fitted with a barrel shroud with fake fluting and a suppressor, judging by the weld line at the front of the barrel taper. --commando552 (talk) 20:35, 24 June 2013 (EDT) |
