Death and Glory in Changde (Chinese: 喋血孤城) is a 2010 Chinese war film based on the events in the Battle of Changde in 1943 during WWII. The 57th Division of 8,000 soldiers under the command of Lieutenant General Yu Chengwan (Ray Lui) defended the city Changde from the attack of 30,000 Japanese soldiers.

Lt. Gen. Yu Chengwan (Ray Lui) has as service weapon a FN Model 1955 pistol (It is a replacement for a FN Model 1922).

The battalion commander Col. Chang Ruan (Fan Lei) carries a FN Model 1900 pistol.
Mauser C96 "Broomhandle"
Capt. Feng Baohua (Wenkang Yuan) used a Mauser C96 "Broomhandle pistol.

The Nambu Type 14 Pistol is the standard handgun carried by Japanese officers.
