The Last Stand is the 2013 action film that marked the first leading role for Arnold Schwarzenegger since 2003's Terminator 3. Schwarzenegger stars as Ray Owens, a former LAPD officer-turned-sheriff of a quiet border town who is called upon to stop a drug lord and his cronies before they can flee across the U.S/Mexico border. The film was helmed by Kim Ji-Woon (The Good, the Bad, the Weird).

Handguns
Smith & Wesson Model 500
The Smith & Wesson Model 500 is seen being fired by Lewis Dinkum into a side of beef. Sheriff Ray Owens (Arnold Schwarzenegger) then uses the revolver at the end of the film during the battle in the town.
Colt MK IV Series 80
Sheriff Ray Owens (Arnold Schwarzenegger) carries what appears to be a blued Series 80 as his sidearm.
Glock 17
Glock 17 is the handgun carried by law enforcement as well as cartel soldiers.
Burell (Peter Stormare) exclusively wields what appears to be a reproduction 1851 Colt Navy .36 caliber cap and ball revolver.
Shotguns
Remington 870
Deputy Frank Martinez (Rodrigo Santoro) and Sheriff Ray Owens (Arnold Schwarzenegger) both use the Remington 870.
Saiga 12K
Cartel soldiers are seen using modified Saiga 12K automatic shotguns with 20-round Wraithmaker drum magazines. The Saiga 12K used is the exact same one that Independent Studio Services built for The Expendables, and which was also used in Gamer and Drive Angry.

The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is seen used by cartel soldiers, fitted with Surefire dedicated forend weaponlight & M68 Aimpoint red dot scope.

A Thompson M1921AC is seen used by Deputy Mike Figuerola (Luis Guzmán).

Heckler & Koch G36C
Cartel soldiers use Heckler & Koch G36C rifles fitted with ACOG scopes & RIS foregrips.

M4A1 carbines are seen in the hands of FBI HRT agents as well as cartel soldiers.

A cartel marksmen carries Mk. 14 Mod 1 EBR with an ELCAN SpectreDR 1.5–6× telescopic sight.
