- In SR2, all one-handed weapons can be dual weilded by the player and can sometimes be seen being dualed by NPCs as well. There is also many improvised weapons availabe.
Defibrilator Paddles
- Emergency room tool used as weapon in SR2
Sledgehammer
- 12 pound sledge used as melee weapon in SR2.
Improvised Weapons
- TV's, newsstands, mailboxes, milk crates, oxygen tanks, garbage cans, stopsigns, guitars, cinderblocks, barrels etc.
Taser
- Used by police and Ultor guards in-game as the "Stun Gun".
USAS-12 Automatic shotgun
- Appears as the "AS14 Hammer". Used by Gangs
Savage/Stevens 311A
- Appears as the "12 Gauge" again
Colt Sporter Carbine
- Appears again as the "AR-40 Xtnd". Used by Ultor Corporation and SWAT. Has been mocked up to look like an XM177, and it also has no bolt assist.
Uzi
9mm SMG used in SR2. Very rare the Ronin are most likely using it though.
Intratec TEC-9
9mm SMG that is cheapest SMG in game.
Glock 21
- Appears again as "NR4". Used by Police. Has good stopping power and accuracy. If you look closely at the icon above the armory, it says "21" and "45 auto", although im not quite sure the same icon is used in SR2, as i havent really got to look yet, im just going by SR1, although i assume its the same.
Colt Anaconda
- Appears again as ".44 Shepherd". Is somewhat less powerful than Sheperd in SR1
Safari Arms 1911 Matchmaster
Appears as the "Kobra". Safari Arms 1911 Matchmaster with an extended magazine, titanium Yanek compensator with unlimited ammo and a Laser Scope. Automatic, 15 rounds each, about as powerful as a magnum, good accuracy and range.
IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX .50 AE
- Appears again as "GDHC .50". Strangely, it has an 8-round magazine, only found on the .44 Magnum Desert Eagle.
Barret M82A1 .50 Carbine
- Replaces .338 Cal "Mcmanus" as .50 Cal "Mcmanus 2010".
IMI Uzi
- Known in-game as "GAL 43" It has a wierd MAC-10 style stock for some reason. Can be dual wielded.
Heckler and Koch XM8
- Known as the "AR-50 XMAC" in-game. Seen in the hands of the Ultor "Masako" assault team in a trailer, as well as in several cutscenes in game. Can be had with a grenade launcher as well.
Heckler and Koch MP5K
- Appears in-game as the "SKR-9 Threat". Can be dual-wielded
M249 SAW
- The M249 is called the AR-200 in the game. It is used in the first level when making your escape from the prison in the boat.
AK-47
- Reappears as "K6 Krukov"
Beretta 84F Cheetah
- Appears as "Vice 9", replacing the 92FS that was used in SR1. For some reason, both the 92FS and the Cheetah are used in cutscenes. Both a stainless and a blued version are availabe (the blued one can be found on customers in gunstores, the stainless is found everywhere else).
Benelli M3
- Appears again as "Tombstone." Used by police and Ultor members.
Flame Thrower
- An oversized double-barreled futuristic-looking lighter.

Upgraded to seek out heat and to look futuristic (lots more chrome) Known as the "Annihilator". The regular version is also available.

A horror movie staple which makes its appearance in SR2
Samurai Sword
- Used by the Asian gang "Ronin" and also seen in the hands of Johnny Gat (an ally of yours) in a trailer
