:::Just off the top of my head, the French have Paths of Glory, Special Forces (2011), Battle of Britain, Goldeneye, A Very Long Engagement, Sky Fighters, We Were Soldiers, Legionnaire, both versions of All Quiet on the Western Front, The Patriot, The Last of the Mohicans, the Sharpe series, Call of Duty: Big Red One, Twelve Monkeys, Band of Brothers. Canada has ... Legends of the Fall, Goldeneye, Christopher Plummer in Battle of Britain, and Call of Duty 3. I'm sure we can turn up a few more if we did a real search, but the fact is, Canada doesn't make a lot of war movies. Besides, the admins decided a few months ago that France would probably be the last one we'd allow. These national forces pages are often started in a fit of nationalist fervor and then abandoned. Notice that not one of these pages is finished, not even the US one, even though most of the users here are Americans. If you added more media featuring Canadian forces, you'd have a better case. --Funkychinaman (talk) 01:30, 1 March 2013 (EST)

Canadian forces page

We're trying to limit the number of these national forces pages, and after a short search, Canadian forces (small f) seem to have only appeared in about a dozen productions. --Funkychinaman (talk) 09:32, 28 February 2013 (EST)

Just off the top of my head, the French have Paths of Glory, Special Forces (2011), Battle of Britain, Goldeneye, A Very Long Engagement, Sky Fighters, We Were Soldiers, Legionnaire, both versions of All Quiet on the Western Front, The Patriot, The Last of the Mohicans, the Sharpe series, Call of Duty: Big Red One, Twelve Monkeys, Band of Brothers. Canada has ... Legends of the Fall, Goldeneye, Christopher Plummer in Battle of Britain, and Call of Duty 3. I'm sure we can turn up a few more if we did a real search, but the fact is, Canada doesn't make a lot of war movies.
