Colonel John Casey (Adam Baldwin) carries the custom SIG-Sauer P229 as his sidearm in Season 2. The SIG is fitted with Crimson Trace laser grips, and with the flat surfaces polished on the slide, as well as the controls, trigger, and hammer.
Fulcrum Agent Sylvia Arculin (Jenny McCarthy) pulls a suppressed SIG-Sauer P239 in "Chuck Versus the Suburbs" (S2E13). CIA Agent Alex Forrest (Tricia Helfer) is seen cleaning and wielding a stainless slide SIG-Sauer P239 in "Chuck Versus the Broken Heart" (S2E18).
CIA Agent Alex Forrest (Tricia Helfer) kills Rashad Emad's henchmen with a suppressed SIG-Sauer P225 instead of her usual SIG-Sauer P239 in "Chuck Versus the Broken Heart" (S2E18).
A SIG-Sauer P226 SL Sport II is seen in the hands of a Fulcrum agent before being gunned down by Sarah, in "Chuck Versus the Fat Lady," and in an episode flashback in "Chuck Versus the Gravitron".
In "Chuck Versus the Seduction" (S2E02), Roan Montgomery (John Larroquette) is seen holding a stainless SIG-Sauer P232 on Sasha Banachek or "The Black Widow". Please note the smooth curvature of the trigger guard. Another P232 is also seen being held by him in Chuck's flash of him, when shown his file by Sarah.
In "Chuck Versus Santa Claus" (S2E11), Lt. Frank Mauser (Michael Rooker) is armed with what appears to be a Smith & Wesson 945 Performance Center in his hunt for Sarah in the Christmas tree lot.
When Nathan Rhyerson crashes into the Buy More on Christma in "Chuck Versus the Santa Claus" (S2E11) General Beckmann debriefs Sarah and Casey in Castle on the situation. Casey is excited to use the "new toy" he bought himself for Christmas, a nickel Desert Eagle MK XIX in .357 Mag (jundging by the side and top fluted barrel).
Casey's Buy More acceptable covert weapon of choice hidden inside a barcode scanner. First seen in "Chuck Versus the Cougars" (S2E04), the weapon appears to be a stainless slide Glock 17 (due to the external extractor on the slide).

The FN Five-seveN is the weapon of choice for operatives of the Ring. Equipped with tactical lights on their rails, Ring spies use the FN Five-seveN in "Chuck Versus the Ring" (S2E22).

Glock 17
Bryce Larkin (Matthew Bomer) is seen with a Glock 17 in "Chuck Versus the Break-up" (S2E03). Many Glock 17's are seen in "Chuck Versus the First Kill" (S2E20). Several Glock 17's (sometimes with suppressors) are used by Fulcrum agents in "Chuck Versus the Colonel" (S2E21) and "Chuck Versus the Ring" (S2E22).
A Fulcrum agent (Bianca Chiminello) in "Chuck Versus the Break-up" (S2E03) carries a stainless slide Glock 17 as her sidearm; part of the time suppressed. MI6 agent Cole Barker (Jonathan Cake) is seen dual-wielding stainless slide Glocks in "Chuck Versus the Beefcake" (S2E15).
Uncle Bernie pulls a Glock 21 on Chuck & Jill in "Chuck Versus the First Kill" (S2E20). A Glock 21 (suppressed and unsuppressed) is used by Vincent Smith (Arnold Vosloo) in several Season 2 episodes including "Chuck Versus the Dream Job" and "Chuck Versus the Colonel" (S2E21). Both Sarah and Casey take Glocks off of Fulcrum agents and point them at each other in "Chuck Versus the Colonel" (S2E21). In "Chuck Versus the Gravitron," Fulcrum medics have Glock 21s on hand.
What appears to be a full metal airsoft Glock 26 modified to fire tranquilizer darts, with an extended chrome barrel is used by Chuck in "Chuck Versus the Dream Job". In "Chuck Versus the Break-Up" (S2E18), CIA Agent Alex Forrest (Tricia Helfer) also is seen using the Glock variant to fire tranquilizer darts.
The USP with a stainless slide is also a frequently used handgun in the series. In "Chuck Versus the Predator" (S2E19), Vincent Smith (Arnold Vosloo) holds Chuck at gunpoint with this USP variant.
One of the women (Luisa Moraes) who tries to seduce Chuck in "Chuck Versus the Third Dimension" pulls a custom NAA Guardian similar to the one used by Sarah in Season 3's "Chuck Versus the Role Models," which is presumed to be the same gun used in the film Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
Alexander Winterborne (Mark Pellegrino) under the guise of working for "Tuttle Electric" pulls a silver Safari Arms Matchmaster .45ACP with a silver suppressor and wood grips in "Chuck Versus the Fat Lady" (S2E07). He is seen later holding Jill Roberts (Jordana Brewster) hostage with it.
In "Chuck Versus Santa Clause", Noseless Ned Ryerson pulls what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 625 to hold Chuck and the others hostage in the Buy More. Devon Woodcomb (Ryan McPartlin) is later seen holding the revolver.
In "Chuck Versus the First Date" (S2E01), the men employed by Mr. Colt (Michael Clarke Duncan) are armed with MAC-11 submachine guns fitted with suppressors when they confront Chuck and Sarah at the Chinese restaurant.
The Colt M4A1 is the main rifle used by members of the CIA strike team, often outfitted with a variety of optics (Trijicon 4x ACOG scope, Aimpoint CompM2 red dot, and/or EOTech 552 holographic weapon sight), and SureFire tactical weapon lights. Casey is seen cleaning an M4A1 in "Chuck Versus the Break-up" (S2E03).
Ted Roark (Chevy Chase) takes what appears to be a short barrel variant of the Mossberg 590A1 shotgun from a fellow Fulcrum agent when crashing Ellie and Devon's wedding in Season 2's finale "Chuck Versus the Ring" (S2E22).
In "Chuck Versus the First Kill" (S2E20), Casey is using a Remington 870 fitted with a pistol grip, saddle shell holder and door breaching brake to blow open a window.
A pistol is seen in silhouette during the opening credits of each episode of Chuck. This pistol appears to be an amalgamation of a Beretta and a Jericho 941.
Beginning in "Chuck Versus the Seduction" (S2E02), a new facility is introduced codenamed "Castle". "Castle" is the underground CIA/NSA substation where Sarah, Casey, Chuck, and Morgan communicate with their superiors (mainly General Diane Beckman). Castle is located underground somewhere between the former Orange-Orange and the current Buy More. It is comprised of a main area for team debriefing, a video conference room for federal debriefs comprised of a series of large computer screens, 2 prisoner wings (1 solitary, 1 bulletproof acrylic holding cells), 1 interrogation wing, a Dojo for martial arts practice, an armory with a huge selection of weapons including 3+ Casey custom SIG P229s, a shooting range, and a scientific analytical laboratory, 1 wing that was used for the National Clandestine Service with maximum security holding cells, now it is used as a maximum security prisoner holding facility.
Throughout several episodes of the show, usually whenever Chuck "flashes" on gun-runners or other criminals, the Intersect shows him pictures of large armory rooms full of guns. All of these images are pictures of the weapons vault of Independent Studio Services, the company which supplies the weapons and other props used on Chuck. If you've ever been curious to know what a Hollywood prop house's armory looks like, now you know!
