Shades of Fern (Stín kapradiny) is a 1984 Czechoslovak film directed by Frantisek Vlácil on based story of the novel by Josef Capek. Starring Miroslav Machácek as the gamekeeper, Marek Pobosz as poacher Rudolf Aksamit and Zbigniew Suszynski in the role of his friend Václav Kala.
