In the next shot it is Nagant without doubt. Don't forget that the show was set is Russia, we don't have that variety of revolvers available here. I am a newbie both here and in firearms setting in general and still don't have many knowledge, so I cannot deny that possibility (revolver being not Nagant, but Smith & Wesson). Are you really sure that it's Nagant revolver on this screenshot?
It's more looks like as Smith & Wesson For example this
