Soldier of Fortune, Inc. was a television show featuring a mercenary group of former military or intelligence operatives who would hire themselves out for covert assignments for the US government. From producer Jerry Bruckheimer (CSI: Crime Scene Investigation), the name of the show was licensed from Soldier of Fortune Magazine. The show's name was changed to Special Op Force for the second season and two new actors including Dennis Rodman were added to the cast. Soldier of Fortune Magazine printed several negative fan reactions to the changes in the shows name and cast. Needless to say that

- Major Matthew Quentin Shepherd (Brad Johnson), Jason 'Chance' Walker (Réal Andrews), and Christopher 'C.J.' Yates (Mark Sheppard) all carry the SD6 variant.
Mini Uzi
The mini-Uzi is used in Season 1's "Déja Vu" (S1E14) and "Apres Vu" (S1E15), and was wielded by Katrina Herrera (Ruth Livier).
Glock 17
- Seen carried by Margo Vincent.
Uzi Submachine Gun
- Carried by Chava Herrera's men in Season 1, Episode 14: Déja Vu.
Beretta 21 Bobcat
- Benny Ray Riddle (Tim Abell) carries a Beretta 21 Bobcat as his backup / "ankle holster" gun.
