Smith & Wesson Model 38 Airweight Bodyguard
Carried by Graham as his backup gun in an ankle holster. Uses it to shoot Dr. Lector after he has been stabbed by Lector. In the beginning of the movie.There is also a possibility that it is the Model 49 Bodyguard. The difference being that the Model 49 has an all steel frame where the Model 38 has an alloy frame.
