Employee of the Month is a 2004 direct-to-video dark comedy directed by Mitch Rouse and starring Matt Dillon, Christina Applegate, and Steve Zahn. This is not to be confused with the 2006 Dane Cook/Jessica Simpson comedy of the same name.

The following guns were used in the movie Employee of the Month (2004).
Custom Colt Government Model
David Walsh (Matt Dillon) uses a nickel-plated Colt Government Model with engraved nickle finish, gold wire inlay, and pearl grips to threaten his former boss and kill one of the robbers in the bank.
Glock 17
One of the bank robbers uses a two-toned Glock 17 pistol. Another uses a Glock 17 with a stainless slide and grey frame.
Ruger Mini-14
One bank robber uses a Ruger Mini-14 to hold up the employees of the bank during the heist.
Uzi
One of the bank robbers is armed with an Uzi.
Heckler & Koch MP5N
A third robber during the hold up uses an Heckler & Koch MP5N.
Mossberg 590 Mariner Cruiser
The robber who crashes the getaway van into the bank (who is, according to the dialogue, Eric (Dave Foley)) is seen holding an Mossberg 590 Mariner Cruiser which he never fires.
Colt Officer's ACP
Wendy (Andrea Bendewald) uses a suppressed Colt Officer's ACP at the end of the film.
Walther PPK
Sara Goodwin (Christina Applegate) uses a suppressed Walther PPK during a scene during the end credits.
Unknown Revolver
Hank (Mark Beltzman) at the bank is seen with a revolver in his hip holster though he is never seen with it drawn. It appears to be some sort of Smith & Wesson with a square grip.
