In "Hang on to Yourself" (S03E01), a Beretta PX4 Storm Inox is seen in the glove-box of a car Annie is ridding in.
Revolvers
Chiappa Rhino 20DS
In "Sound And Vision" (S03E02), a MSS-hired hitman attempts to draw a Chiappa Rhino 20DS before being disarmed by Augie and Annie. Annie (Piper Perabo) then uses the revolver for the rest of the episode.

RPG-7
A Somali pirate is armed with an RPG-7 in "The Last Thing You Should Do" (S03E03).
