A Generation (Pokolenie) is a 1955 World War II drama directed by Andrzej Wajda. Polish film from the Second World War recounts about the young Polish patriots in fight against the occupiers. The illegal group under leader Dorota (Urszula Modrzynska), Jasio Krone (Tadeusz Janczar), Stach (Tadeusz Lomnicki), Jacek (Ryszard Kotys), Mundek (Roman Polanski) and other, search path resistance, over a blunders and uncompromising attitude, with which the young people then stood boldly against the nazis and the death of their friends only strengthened in their righteous struggle.
