Sahara (aka Desert Storm) is the 1995 remake of the 1943 classic WWII film that starred Humphrey Bogart. Directed by Brian Trenchard-Smith, the film features James Belushi in the Bogart role.

M1928A1 Thompson

Lee Enfield No. 1 Mk III SMLE
LeRoux (Michael Massee) and Sergeant-Major Tambul (Robert Wisdom) carry Lee Enfield No. 1 Mk III SMLEs as their main weapon with a bayonets. LeRoux uses it during both two attacks of German army and Sergeant-Major Tambul never use it. At the beginning of the film, a young British soldier named Mike Clarkson (Todd MacDonald) also have one Lee Enfield rifle but he didn't use it before he die.
Karabiner 98k
Karabiner 98k is standard rifle of German army during World War II, known to be Hitler's favorite rifle. Many German soldiers use this rifle to attack the Allies soldiers during both two attacks in this film.
Karabiner 98k Sniper Rifle
Karabiner 98k Sniper Rifle is used by German sniper. He killed LeRoux (Michael Massee) and Williams (Simon Westaway) with this rifle.
MP40
Many German soldiers carry MP40s along with their Karabiner 98ks. Some of the Allies soldiers are Bates (Alan David Lee), Sergeant-Major Tambul (Robert Wisdom), Waco (Paul Empson) also use their captured MP40s to against German soldiers when their main weapons run dry. Most notably Sgt. Gunn (James Belushi) at the end of the film and in movie poster.
MG15
MG15 machine gun is seen firing at Allies soldiers and M3 Lee Tank from German Aircraft at the beginning of the film.
MG34
MG34 is used by German soldiers during both two attacks in the film. Near the end of the film, Bates (Alan David Lee) is seen holding this gun but he never fired.
MG42
MG42 is seen mounted on German half-track. Later Captain Halliday (Jerome Ehlers) takes this gun to against German soldiers. German soldiers also use it along with their MG34s, they use it during both two attacks.
Colt M1911A1
Sergeant Gunn carries one Colt M1911A1 as his main sidearm throughout the film, but he never use it.
Luger P08
Luger P08 is the sidearm of the German pilot, later it taken by Sgt. Gunn (James Belushi). This gun never fire in the film.
Walther P38
Walther P38 is the sidearm of Major Von Falken (Alexander Petersons), the German commanding officer, he uses it to execute the soldier who gave up Gunn's information about the German forces. Later, LeRoux takes it away after stabbing Major Von Falken and shoots a German soldier who accompanied the officer to the negotiations. Unfortunately, LeRoux (Michael Massee) is killed by German sniper while he running.
Beretta M1934
German pilot also carries one Beretta M1934, it also taken by Sgt. Gunn (James Belushi) and he also never use it throughout the film.
Webley Mk IV
Captain Halliday (Jerome Ehlers) carries one Webley Mk IV as his main sidearm throughout the film, but he never use it.
Model 24 Stielhandgranate
Model 24 Stielhandgranate is standard grenade of the German Army in World War II and in this film. They use it during both two attacks.
Model 39 Eihandgranate
Model 39 Eihandgranate is used by German soldiers along with their Model 24 Stielhandgranates during both two attacks. Allies also use this grenade to against German soldiers, most notably Bates (Alan David Lee) and LeRoux (Michael Massee).
GrW Mortar
In the second attack of German army, German mortar teams use this mortar to support German Infantryman.
