This centerfire autoloading rifle, made from 1906 to 1936 in several calibers (25 Rem., 30 Rem., 32 Rem., 35 Rem) can be seen in the following movies.
- Ride the High Country
- In Carbine Williams, (MGM 1952, starring Jimmy Stewart) there is a modified version; it is the actual conversion made by Mr. Williams in Caledonia Prison in NC in the 1920s. It incorporates a floating chamber, which converts the rifle to a fixed barrel, short recoil weapon.
