August. Eighth (Russian Title: Avgust. Vosmogo / Август. Восьмого) is a 2012 Russian film directed by Dzhanik Fayziev. A young woman sent her son to South Ossetia to visit her ex-husband and his parents. Soon she comes in South Ossetia too. But the 2008 South Ossetia War began. Now she is trying to save her son and to survive in the hell of war.
