:I think what looks like the safety is actually just a trick of the light, and the hammer. Unknown pistol
I had thought that this was an M1911, but looking at it again, there appears to be a safety on the slide. I can't imagine there'd be that many pistols with ambidextrous safeties in the early seventies. Any ideas? --Funkychinaman 10:01, 9 July 2012 (CDT)
- I think what looks like the safety is actually just a trick of the light, and the hammer. I think it is probably a Beretta Model 70 from the trigger guard, the solid trigger, the takedown lever and the step down at the front of the slide. --commando552 15:23, 9 July 2012 (CDT)
