I had thought that this was an M1911, but looking at it again, there appears to be a safety on the slide. I can't imagine there'd be that many pistols with ambidextrous safeties in the early seventies. Any ideas? --[[User:Funkychinaman|Funkychinaman]] 10:01, 9 July 2012 (CDT)

:I think what looks like the safety is actually just a trick of the light, and the hammer. I think it is probably a [[Beretta Model 70]] from the trigger guard, the solid trigger, the takedown lever and the step down at the front of the slide. --[[User:Commando552|commando552]] 15:23, 9 July 2012 (CDT)
