Next of Kin is a 1989 action thriller starring Patrick Swayze as a police officer who returns to his Appalachian roots when one of his brothers is killed by a member of the Mob. The film's cast includes Liam Neeson, Adam Baldwin, Bill Paxton, and Helen Hunt.
