Militia leader Alex (Michael Des Barres) uses a LaFrance Specialties M16K with an A1-style receiver at the militia firing range..

Alex is also seen firing a Heckler & Koch HK94 on the range.
M1 Carbine
Militia members are seen carrying M1 Carbine rifles when they search Nowak and Lou Ann McGuinn (Bernadette Peters).
